Where and when is the festival held?
NewFarm, New Country takes place at NewFarm Campground, Denmark (Western Australia) from Friday 17 – Sunday 19 October 2025.
NewFarm Campground is located at 21 Tindale Road, Kentdale, on the corner of the South West Highway (Highway 1), which is around:
5 hours drive from Perth
3.5 hours drive from Margaret River
2 hours from Kojonup
1 hour’s drive from Albany
and about 25 minutes drive from either Walpole or Denmark.

At what times will the music take place?
NewFarm, New Country kicks off at 6pm on Friday 17 October with sunset drinks, and will wrap up at midday on Sunday 19 October 2025.
Friday 17 Oct – from 6pm, a sunset set on the rocks, the NewFarm Porch Sessions, our Country Music Quiz, and a star-gazing graze-set.
Saturday 18 Oct – a full day of music on the Sunrise Stage & Main stage, from 9am to midnight. All artists play this day, unless noted.
Sunday 19 Oct – ‘come down’ sets from early, warming up as we head into the day, having you home in time for tea. Or stay and chill.
Festival Hours
- Gates open: Friday 17 October 5:00 PM – for “All Weekend” and “Friday Night” Ticket holders*
- Friday night close – midnight
- Gates open: Saturday 18 October 9:00 AM – for “All Weekend” and “Saturday Main Day” Ticket holders
- Saturday night close – midnight
- Gates open: Sunday 18 October 9:00 AM – for “All Weekend” and “Saturday Main Day” Ticket holders
- Final act: Sunday 12.00 PM – to allow our Perth friends to get home in time for Sunday dinner. But stay tuned for some extra Sunday arvo activities for those who want to stay around..
* If you are camping at NewFarm Campground, you can check in earlier on Friday afternoon – details in your campground booking.
Parking & Transport
- If you’re camping at NewFarm Campground, you can bring your vehicle into the Campground area, under the usual rules
- If you’re staying off-site, or just coming for Friday night or Saturday day (and Sunday morning), there will be:
- Free general parking on the NewFarm site
- NB: no parking will be permitted on Tindale Road or South West Highway.
- Shuttle buses running from Denmark and Walpole – we’re working on this!
- Ride-share drop off zone inside the main entry gate on Tindale Road
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
NewFarm, New Country has two festival areas – the Campground and the Paddock.
The Campground is accessible only to ticket-holders who have purchased camping in the NewFarm Campground, or who hold a Friday Night ticket. The Campground is BYO food and drinks, but food trucks will be available each day of the Festival in the Paddock nearby. Please note – BYO alcohol cannot be taken into the Paddock.
The Paddock is accessible to anyone who has purchased a festival ticket (whether staying in the Campground or not). The Paddock is licensed for alcohol on Saturday 18 October, and 3 foodtrucks will be on-site. On Sunday 19 October, the Paddock will be BYO alcohol.
Please note – BYO alcohol cannot be taken into the Paddock on Saturday 18 October.
Small personal snacks and sealed non-alcoholic drinks are welcome in the Paddock. No glass containers will be permitted.
Food will be available from 3 foodtrucks, and drinks will be available the festival bar.
Which areas can I access whilst at the festival?
The Campground will only be accessible to festival-goers who have purchased camping at NewFarm Campground [or their guests], except for Friday night, when you will need either a ‘Friday Night Ticket’ to enter the Campground.
If you have a ‘Saturday Main Day’ or ‘All Weekend Ticket’, you can access the Paddock on both Saturday 17 and Sunday 19 October. There won’t be any access to the Paddock on Friday night.
What camping options are available?
NewFarm Campground is the primary spot to camp during the Festival – I mean, look at it will you! Once you purchase a festival ticket, you will be given a code to purchase camping at the Campground (in a separate transaction). If you miss out, or don’t wish to stay at the Campground, there are other great camping and accommodation options within easy reach of the Festival. Visit our ‘Camping’ page.
Are children allowed?
Yes! Kids 12 and under receive free general admission with a paying adult. On Saturday 18 October, anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult in the licensed area of the Paddock.
Please note that some areas of the Campground and the Paddock are farming areas or contain rocks and trees, and we highly recommend that children are supervised by adults at all times. No specific family-friendly areas or activities are available throughout the weekend.
Is the site accessible for people with disabilities?
The festival grounds feature accessible toilets nd limited accessible parking. The Campground and the Paddock are grassed or sloping areas, and accessibility may be limited to some areas. Please enquire directly with us if you are unsure, by visiting out ‘Contact’ page.
What can’t I bring?
Items such as glass, drones, weapons of any kind, fireworks, and professional audio/visual gear are not permitted. A complete list will be available closer to the event.
You’re welcome to bring chairs, and are encouraged to bring picnic rugs!
Please also bring sun protection – hats, sunglasses, protective clothing and your choice of sunscreen. Limited sunscreen will be available.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
All ticket sales are final, but name transfers may be available for a limited time prior to the event.
